Ahh a fresh new month Will be posting everyday except for this fri-next fri as I'll be away, but I'll be back..
sotypical- I use both wii fit plus and EA. To be honest, I don't think theres a huge difference between wii fit and wii fit plus, just a few more games, things like skateboard and kung fu and stuff. I really like wii fit and EA but personally exercise wise, I think EA has the edge as it's higher restistance. I'd been using wii fit for a couple months then got the EA one and after two days of that, muscles were aching that hadn't been used before. It's very different to wii fit. Whereas wii fit is kind of a fun format and feels like a game, EA is all about exercises like squats, lunges, rows, etc. I really like both to be honest but for different reasons.
I'm gona try to have a better day than yesterday. Will update later with my menu.
Thanks Diana for starting the thread! Good luck everyone

June 1, 2010
Today, my goal is to walk my dog for a minimum of 2 hours. I experienced some false contractions last night (I'm pregnant right now) so I hope that helps get things going As usual during this time, I will make good food choices but no calorie counting until after the baby.
patchworkpenguin: That Banana shake du jour looks fantastic. Did you use 1/2 cup cold coffee? I feel like making one today

Yes, I use cold coffee, what was left in the pot. I've found it thins the shake down but it adds a kick of flavor. Both coffee-drinking and shake-making are pretty new to me.
How close are you to your due date? It sounds like any day now?? Boy or Girl? Names?

Sarah - my co-worker brought me Wii Fit Plus and EA Active today; so I get to try them both!
Penguin - I almost made a banana shake this morning after reading your posts - I was going to do frozen banana, milk and strawberry yogurt. I decided my day was going to be high enough already though so I skipped it for today.
6/1
Breakfast:
english muffin w/ fried egg and jarlsberg cheese
coffee w/ half and half
Snack:
yogurt
Lunch:
2 slices high fibre toast w/ 2 slices turkey bacon, tomato, 2 slices jarlsberg cheese
miso soup
Dinner:
going to a bbq potluck at a co-workers, I am taking veggies and hummus and my 80 calorie cookies I made last night; so there will be some decent options. I hope to eat my burger with no bun (we shall see, a bun isnt that bad usually) and green salad.
Total calories: 825 - without dinner
If I get home early enough I will do some Wii Fit Plus I think; to compare.
