I'd ask what brand veggie burger they do -- Boca? Morningstar? Because that's easy enough to look up. Ask for all things on the side so you can control what goes on there.

Or the Med. Chick or the Tuscan Salad. I'm basically with the others.

Or email/call them for the nutrition stats. I've done that before and told them I need to know because I'm diabetic. (I'm actually PCOS/IR, but heck -- even if I had nothing remotely close I'd still say that to get the data!)

Or go chinese buffet and choose a simpler stir fry.

Or pack a lunch and bring it and do picnic.

Or change the shopping route/plan. Eat lunch before you shop, do the shopping, and take her out to dinner instead so you can head elsewhere.

I am debating that option too ;) The more I look at their menu, I don't see anything I really want to eat. We rarely eat out so I at least want it to be something worth while. We may even have a light lunch at home then do a "make your own pizza" night as a family in stead. I can add some tasty ingredients to mine with half the cheese. I have time to consider it before tomorrow. Its really not about the food, its about spending time with my girl. I bet we can find something fun to do that is not food related :)

Thanks again everyone.

I'd go with one of their listed "healthy" items and alter them to all heck. If it's a salad, then ask for dressing on the side, and if it's a sandwich, then you should ask for no sauces. Good luck.
