Some hope for the cold people-- after about a year of maintaining, I stopped being cold all the time, or stopped minding it at least. I guess I still feel cold a lot, but it isn't painful like it was the first year or so.

Not as shivery after FL trip. I posted same thing in forum devoted to issues after weight loss. Being trim and cold in San Antonio. Too nice.

Oh I hope, hope, hope this happens for me! I am always hot. Hot and miserable. I'd love to be cold and snuggle up under some soft blankets :D I live in an upstairs apartment with just a window AC-can't sleep with the noice, can't sleep when it's hot :K

I freeze unless the temp goes above 80 degrees.

Freezing all the time, and I wonder if it isn't even worse for me, because I was even freezing at 295 lbs.
Now, I get so cold I can't function.... and sometimes if I catch a bad chill I stay that way for hors. |
Oh yes, perpetually chilly. It's absolutely blazing hot by local standards today, and everybody is moaning about it, while I'm the one running out into direct sunlight. Summer used to be such a misery for me, but now, I love it.

And then there's the irony of finally being at a place with my body that I like to wear a tank top and then always covered up with another layer to stay warm!
|
gooood, im glad its not me. that internal thermometer thing makes sense, but im wondering when it will stabilize for me. i also enjoy being chilly over being hot, but being freezing all the time is not pleasant. :/

This has gotten a bit better for me as time has gone by. I'm so grateful for this because it was really awful at first! I really could not get warm. I still have to bring a sweater to the grocery store or any other indoor place though.
