Guess my size
 

I can't believe I'm doing this and it might not work because I've posted my size lots of times on here, so if you know the answer then just post what you size you think I actually look like I am. But I'm just curious since my perception of my body changes from day to day (I think I look a bit overweight in these pics, but when I look at myself in the mirror I feel awesome, except for the spare tire!), I just want to know what others see. So be honest, I won't be offended.

I would venture a guess of a four or a six. But I'm really, really bad at guessing sizes!

You look like a 4-6 to me also.

You seem to have narrow hips just like me (I seem to be constructed from surplus parts but at least this one part of my body is perfect) so I would guess size 2 jeans from Gap. I am wearing size 4 and I am a few inches taller than you, hence my estimate. (We all know sizes differ from one brand to another, that's why I mentioned Gap).

And did I say you look HOT? :-)

I am not going to guess sizes because I only have experience with sizes 16 and above. :) However, I am going to say that you look like you are on the slim side of normal. You look absolutely fantastic!

Going by your height & ticker weight (5'5" and 159 lbs) I'd say 8-10. And that's MY goal, so can I just say :cheer: to you!?!?!?!??!

My guess would probably be a 6 or an 8? I have no idea, I don'y remember ever wearing anything near those sizes myself! ;) So my guess is just that, a guess.

You look great, no matter the size. Too many variables go into sizes, and they vary too much by brand. :) Congrats!

Ok! Confidence booster over! I'm abosolutly shocked at these responses! I'm actually a very comfortable 12, but loose in many brands and I picked up a comfortable 10 in at Walmart just last weekend. Thanks all for responding! This is just what I needed.

That's actually what I was thinking.... a 12. I work at a bridal store and I can pretty much tell someone's size (well up until plus-size) when I look at them. You look great, and this is why I say sizes don't matter: you look smaller than we perceive to be a 12. I can't wait to be there again. Last time I was a 12 it was probably 4 years ago, and I'm between a 16 and a 14, and can probably wear a 12 in skirts. Work pants I'm a 14, jeans still a 16 even though I've lost 15 lbs so far. Oh well, it'll come!

I would say 10 on bottom and small or medium on top. I also factored in height and weight and body shape. I am the same height as you and very recently the same weight. Although I think I am a bit more top heavy than you are, but we are very similar in body shape too!

I did know your size from seeing other recent posts but you seriously do not look like I picture a 12 or even a 10. I thought cameras were supposed "add" weight - in your case, I guess they subtracted! lol! You look fantastic!!!

I was going to say at your height 8 to 10. I also have never been as skinny as you are though! Fantastic work! I'm not trying to say you SHOULD stop losing if you still want to lose, but I personally would be very happy at your size!

a 12 was my thought too. But i can tell you have a decent frame for a tall person. You are very nicely built. I don't see a spare tire. at that weight I am an 8-10. AT 145 lbs I am a definite 8.

6/8 though I've never been there so I don't know. a 12 you sure? Try a different store :P You are tiny

incidentally my hubby guessed an 8 too O.o I'm shocked he guessed same as me.

I was going to say 10 just because my sister is about your height. When she was a 10 she looked your size. You are super small, though. Good job!

I realize the game is over...but I just wanted to say that your pic gives me hope. You started out about 40 lbs heavier than I did and your arms look great!

I agree that you look really slim, and I think those 12s fit pretty loose.

I was going to guess a 10, with a medium on top, because you've still got boobs -- in the best way -- and smalls are generally made for the slightly flatter-chested. I say this, not because I'm good at this, like others on the thread, but because I think you look like me, and also, you're just a bit taller, so I'm figuring we'd be sharing clothes, and those are my current sizes.

My guess was 6 or 8 , WOW you realy look good.

With similar stats to you I would have also said a 10 (like I am). I'm a little smaller on top with a bit more junk in the trunk but I would say very similar size.

And yes many people would guess I weigh 20lbs less than I do.

Thank you, thank you everyone! This was really a MAJOR confidence booster. It also made me realize that my self image is not that bad. Most days I feel great and I feel like maybe my brain has finally caught up with my weight loss and I am really starting to feel like me again and less like the *fat* girl. Now if could just feel that good naked :o. I'm not sure what my goal is yet (at least another 10lbs but probably no more than 25lbs all from my middle:)), but I feeling more confident now that I'll now when I get there.

I am very very pleased with my arms. But I think I have to credit it to having a toddler and carrying him around everywhere and spending a lot of time jogging behind a jogging stroller, so be sure to incorporate weights into your routine. I'm not as please with my upper this or lower abdomine, so I'm just now starting to lift and looking forward to what kinds of changes thta is going to bring me.

This is an awesome thread! When I read the thread title, I was a little afraid. Guessing sizes? What if we all guess way too high? I'd rather err on the side of caution and guess lower than I thought. But when I saw your pictures, I was so astounded! I know the camera is supposed to add weight, but you look fantastic! I was going to guess a 6-8, but really I have no idea how single-digit sizes run. My sister is 132 lbs. and 5'6" and wears a 4, so I went with that. Great job!
