Even after more than a year of following my plan, sometimes I just want to have a big old emotional eating session. Within the last hour I got into a phone tiff with the ex-beau (why oh why if he is my ex do I still take his daily phone calls?). And I was on my way to the kitchen. Decided to boot up the computer and come here first. It worked. Reading others stories and struggles both distracted me and inspired me until the urge passed.
I used to have an ex that called me. It's a bad habit to get into (unless you have kids together). So, if he's an "X", then "Y" are you talking to him?
