One month today
I began my weight loss journey with a committment to a new way of eating and living. As of today I have lost 16.5 lbs. I have not started exercising yet. I do know that is an important component. And it will help with the depression I have been feeling for so long.
I do need to make changes in my behavior in other areas of my life, like procrastination. I commit to you folks that this week I will take some steps to do that. I don't post much, but I do read and am glad to be here. Rea |

Awesome start! Sometimes committing you intentions to someone, even a group of random online friends, can help keep you motivated. You are doing great ;)

Congratulations on your weight loss. I hope you continue having fabulous results. And good luck with the starting to exercise. It's very hard at first (actually its always hard, i wont lie) But the results are so very very worth it!!
