Setting Goals
Well I am the new kid in town around here, but I am no stranger to trying to lose weight! Over the past 6 years I have gained about 46.4 pounds.... ekk.
Since I feel overwhelmed easily I decided to post smaller goals for myself: Starting Weight: 171.4 pounds Mini Goals! weekly/total 168 (-3.4lbs)/(3.4 lbs) by 05/14/2010 165 (-3 lbs)/(6.4 lbs) by 05/21/2010 162 (-3 lbs)/(9.4 lbs) by 05/28/2010 158 (-4 lbs)/(13.4 lbs) by 06/04/2010 So, that puts me about a month from now, after that month I will readjust my goals :) I am doing SBD and last time I started on The Beach I lose 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks (phase 1) so I am very excited to see where I am on June 4th! |
