Exercise was good - walked up hill and back down (1.5miles) with my boyfriend since it was very nice outside for Washington & I did 20mins of 30DS
Food - eh kinda sucky! I had oatmeal for breakfast. 6" subway cold cut combo for lunch >.< and dinner I ate a taco and half-cup of rice...dinner i regret big time, I could have been so much better with that. I didn't have any snacks today (stupid me) and I still have 32more ounces of water I need to drink.
With what I ate for lunch and dinner, thats prob the most fat and carb intake I've had in over a week and I don't know how my body is going to react to that. O.O
