luci, don't feel bad, mine are going to deflate alot before I get to the size i want...but i don't mind being smaller all over..make sure you do some boobie exercises to tighten up the muscles underneath them and give them a rounder more firm appearance.

arm pulses are really good. so are cross arm flyes. Where you hold the weights out front crossed and then open up your arms and then cross them back in front.

arm pulses are easiest and denise austin swears by them. hold your hands out front and straight arms and act like you are going to clap but don't.

I'm going to update my inches tomorrow. I did lose down to 184.4 so that was a nice treat this morning.

well, i hope everyone realizes that the drop in inches ULTIMATELY brings a drop in weight. I have been hovering in the high 180s and am now in the lower 180s. Doesn't appear to be much progress, but when you look at the stats:

5/20/2010
waist at navel: 34 3/4
waist at bend: 32.5
chest at ribs: 32 inches
upper arm: 12.25 inches
inner thigh: 25 inches
widest part of abdomen (pooch): 38.5 inches
thighs: 39 inches
calves: 15 inches
neck: 14 inches
around butt and hips: 41 inches.

upper arm: 12.25 inches

ok, i don't get "print screen". Good job on the inches! do you measure your chest under your bbs or over? I measure mine under...so I can see the actual girth of my chest.

I have a lot more inches to lose than you ladies but I'd love to join in!! I am restarting today and here are my (hopefully shrinking soon) stats:

6/30/10
Neck: 15
Full Chest: 46
Rib Cage:39.5
Natural Waist: 39.5
Hips at Belly: 51
Hips at Butt: 50
Thigh: 29.5
Calf: 19
Upper Arm: 16

Weight: 252.4 lb

I plan on starting to walk to work in the mornings and start running again. I am not doing a diet but just watching what i put in my mouth.

Measure day will be every other Monday!

I measure straight across my chest, at nips.

I print screen it (press the print screen button on the key board "PrtSc") then I go into paint and I paste it there and from there I crop/resize what I want.

ok, i didn't know that function on the keyboard. Thanks so much. That will make it easier. Well, i will probably get discouraged at watching my bb's shrink too if I measured straight across them. I had to go to a smaller band bra...cuz i was in between the other one...this ones a bit tight...but I hate being loose.
