I have been over 200 for almost five years now...being below 200 is my priority and then I'll try to get back to my freshmen college weight (170lbs).

My original goal weight was 135 prior to pregnancy, but I've never been 135 (except when sailing past it!) I thought setting a goal that seems like a pipe dream, was over whelming for now. So I picked 155. A weight I've reach before, maintained and know I feel really good at. If upon reaching my goal, I want to , I will consider that a starting point and try for the last 20 lbs, because that will be a road never traveled. So I guess my goal weight of 155is a a psychological thing, it feels very attainable.

My doctor told me what she thinks is a good goal weight for me. That is my goal weight.

I started running and doing WW a few years ago without a goal weight in mind. I just wanted to be a size 8.

I ended up getting down to a size 6, some size 4. My lowest weight was 138. After this point, a bunch of crap happened in my life and I gained some weight back and I had a breast reduction. So my goal weight now is 135 because it's my lowest weight plus 3 pounds gone from my breast reduction.

Good day all. My goal is 150. My doctor wants it to be 142-145 but I will evaluate when I get there.I still have a long way to go. Good Luck all.
