Tell me to go to the gym!
 

It is so hot and muggy here on Long Island, and I've been running around all day, and now I am plopped in front of the TV. I know I will feel terrible if I don't go, but I'm having a hard time getting motivated - tell me to get off my a$$!!!

:drill: Get out of the chair! :drill: Pick up those car keys! Get in the car! :drill:

:coach: Drive to the gym! Come on now, no one else can do this but you!

Let's see some action here! It will be cool in the gym! You'll feel better!

:coach: Go! Go! Go!

Thanks, Jay - I went and did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Burned about 285 calories. But it was really warm in the gym! They are cheaping out on the ac!

LOL! I was gonna tell you to get off your posterior and if you didn't want to go to the gym you could just jog around the Island a couple of times. Guess I'm too late! Good job!
