Hi everyone
I'm brand new here and I'm very excited to lose some weight!!! I've always been chunky and at one point when I was younger was pretty heavy BUT NOW! I'm looking a lot better and plan on losing more weight!
So the reason I posted this is because I wanted to know how you all are losing the weight. I want to be able to lose about 60 pounds in 5/6 months for the air force! Let me know different tactics and strategies your using. And of course your progress!
