A couple weeks ago I was asked if I would like to be in an article for Woman's day which was funny because well...I'm a man! but the article was about couples that have lost weight together and my wife and I have lost a combined 300 pounds so far since Jan 2008 (225 by me and 74 by Wify) and after answering a few questions bamn! in the article ;)

Thanks for sharing that. Is it in the print magazine too, or just online? I get that magazine, but haven't seen the article.

My husband is just starting to "get on board." With trying to lose weight. It had to be all his own idea w/o an iota of "nagging" from me. So I'd love to leave the mag in his bathroom LOL to read the stories!

I looked at the article online. That is so cool. I think these success stories are so important because they show that weight loss, even loosing large amounts of weight, is possible.
