Finally.......
 

I am out of the 260's. I have been between 261 and 263 since January. This plateau was very difficult and "almost" made me wanna quit but I know what I want. I want to be healthy!!! I want to get my cholesterol in check!!! I want to run with my kids and not huff and puff(getting there)!!! I want to wear a dress and look great in it!!!! To me this is a major accomplishment and I am proud of myself.:D

I kept coming here and reading many motivating stories that kept me going. Thanks to everyone!!! This forum really has helped me a ton!!!

That's GREAT! I'm so happy for you :) You're kids are going to be so happy you made this change, now and when they grow up- what a great role model you are for them!!!

Good job, the begining is certainly the toughest. Hang in there, it worth it. The road ahead is long (4 years so far for me, I had a baby in there) but it will all come.

Congrats! Since you were at your plateau for so long, here's hoping the weight loss fairy comes through soon and you see a little whoosh to make up for it! Good job on sticking in there!
