Default Aggh!!

I have the song, "here i go again on my own...down the lonely road.."
I started WW last year to lose a great 20 lbs, then the meetings started getting hard to attend because of work. I got mad at myself and started to gain weight. But I am determined to go again and in a year be at my goal weight! Help me and I will help you!



Current weight: 205
Goal weight: 145

60 lbs in a year is that a REAL goal?? I think it is....

I can't wait for that moment when I look in the mirror and see myself at my previous weight I remember and always see in my dreams.
I used to get depressed when in my dreams I would be thin or looking like I did before only to wake up overweight.
