I have my own personal account on youtube that I use just for watching/subscribing to my fav weight loss journeys and talking to those who make these videos. Its great to see photos of before and after, but to actually watch a video every week, couple weeks or month of their bodies changing its so amazing to me. I started taking a video of myself starting March 31st, and have since made 4 videos total (only 5lbs loss since first vid so you cant really notice anything yet) I am so not ready to post anything like that on youtube, mainly because I'm wearing nothing but a bra and shorts. But these people are so brave! There is absolutely nothing you can hide in a video and it truly is inspiring to me. I hope one of these days I have the courage to start my own video journey for everyone see. :p

Does anyone else have a youtube account or are youtubing their journey for all to see? I would love to add you!

I am beginning to lol... My first video was of a candle burning, not of myself, but I was talking about weight and my daughter...I hope to work up to lettin' it all hang out so to speak lol...
