    I am so glad I stumbled on this site! It seems so informitive already, I like having a place that shares a common goal (ie losing weight) but not necessarily advertising one specifice diet or plan! Yay for this site- I think it just amped up my desire to really do this

    i'm new here too but i love it too!

    there is so much information on here that i never even knew!

    i love the does it work post b/c i am always interested if everything i see on tv works lol.
