Triathlon!!
 

Hi all, im not sure if many of you will remember me as i used to hang around quite some time ago!

I wanted to start posting again and picked a perfect day to do it i think. This is because on the weekend i finished my first Olympic distance triathlon. So for those who dont know that is a 1.5km swim, a 40km bike ride and a 10 km run. I finished it in 2 hours 40 minutes, and have never felt so good after in my life!

My family has been into triathlons, and i remember the first one i ever went to watch was 2 years ago, and my mum was doing the whole thing. I specificaly remeber the day, because i sat there mistified at how these amazing people could even do this! i was shocked at the distances and NEVER once believed i would be able to do it.

I just wanted to share my story because i belieev im living proof that ANYTHING is possible if you put your mind to it :)
