This woman is really an inspiration...
 

I saw this woman on the WE network show "Secret Lives of Women", it was the episode entitled "Extreme Weight Loss"....wow. Her name is Jen, she lost 180 lbs in about a year and a half WITH NO SURGERY. none! she went from 300 lbs to 120...her arms are toned, her tummy is tight (and she has had a child), all on her own. no help from the knife. i was so inspired by her, i immediately had to google her and sure enough she has a website...check it out if you like, there are some GREAT before and after pictures and i really liked her story.

Ooh I saw that episode. I thought that the burlesque dancer was a really good inspiration, too. I thought it was also pretty cool that she was doing what she was doing, but this Jen lady amazed me.
