Today ends week 3 of essentially being at the same weight. It's driving me crazy.
I am so tired of doing everything right and not seeing the results.
However, I am so thankful for my wonderful, supportive husband! He said he can totally see it. And he has been commenting alot on the differences the last couple of days. I just wish I could see it!
This week I tried to break through my plateau by busting out major workouts.
I worked out every day! Out of the last 6 days, 4 days I had 2 workouts. I also added weights. By body is TIRED!
Well maybe its water, you might say. Well I avg. 123 oz of water a day!!!!!
Maybe I need a kickboxing routine because I really want to hit something!!!! This really makes me want to give up. I'm not going to but if I was on my own with no support I think I would.
