Default Have you ever waken up feeling thin?

*woken (oops!)

Today when I woke up, I seriously felt that I had lost some weight on my front. It was such a neat and unique and GOOD feeling! The scale said I didn't lose anything, but I KNOW my body was shaped different this morning than it has been!! Furthermore, I could kind of see it in the mirror. There's no way it was a fluke.

Have any of you ever woken up feeling this way? Isn't it GREAT??

Yep! Usually a day after an intense workout (and especially if I've eaten lightly the night before) I'll wake up feeling healthy & slim. It really is a great feeling

I'm feeling it now -- keeping rubbing my bottom and thighs because my pants are fitting looser.

This happens to me too! I'll go to bed feeling bloated & gross, and then wake up 8 hours later (on a good night lol) and feel all fit & trim. My mind likes to play tricks on me, but some days I have to take pictures of myself just for proof!

Yep! Every morning, actually, which is lovely. And every night I feel roly-poly again. I think it's gravity. LOL!

Yup!
I've been experimenting lately with eliminating foods that "might" be making my abdomen distended. It might be that.

Or ... I often feel that when I lose a few pounds, my skin takes a couple days to catch up. It feels loose for a few days ... ya know? This morning? Maybe caught up.

For whatever reason, I have lost a ton of weight around the ribcage (it all seems to have dropped down!) and so I can lay in bed in the morning and count my ribs.

I feel less thin when I look at the other bits.
