Anyone else doing the INSANITY DVDs?
 

I started 2 days ago and MAN they aren't kidding...it IS insane. Even the people in the videos (who are like the most IN SHAPE people on the planet), have to stop and take breaks from time to time. Just wondering what kind of results you gals have had from that dvd series...if any. all i know is i'm REALLY sore! :^:

Whoa, I took a look at them and they do look intense. I bet if you did this most days of the week you will loose a ton of weight. It is a little expensive tho...did you get all the dvd's?
