My goals for this year
Even though i have had a set back the past 6 months or so. I know i can get off the 17 gained plus more. I do want to be a size 10'ish under 200 but right now my focus is bending, climbing stairs without the feeling of a heart attach approaching and just having the feeling that I"M in control over food and what I put in my mouth. as far as the lb-age goes i want to be at or close to 225 by july or sooner.. depends on me and the WEATHER.. he he:o
