One thing I have been doing recently is splitting up servings of food immediately after I get home from the store. I have a particular kind of "healthy" chips that I LOVE and would be OK in moderation, except I always end up eating the whole bag within 24 hours of bringing it home. So now I count out a serving and put each into a ziplock baggie, and limit myself to one bag a day (about 150 calories). It sounds simple and stupid, but for a binge eater like me, it's a huge help! (I also save the ziplock bags, rinse them out and reuse them as to not be wasteful!)
