I started out at 382 about 3 weeks ago....
After 2 weeks I was 372 (yay?)
...yesterday I weighed in at 364.
I checked to make sure I still have all of my limbs (I do, by the way)...so how is this possible?
I've been drinking my water, eating 90% right (still struggling with portion sizes at times), and exercising a lot more than normal (mostly by not being so lazy) but 18 pounds!?
And this is not me fishing for compliments..I'm genuinely confused and concerned.
