Okay, so I am really on the last 7 pounds. And for some reason-- today I am so hungry. I am not sure if it is a mental thing or what.
The only thing I can pin point the hunger to is I had a latte this AM with "real" sugar stuff (chocolate and coconut syrup).
I have tried all the tricks in the book. I have drank my water, exercised, and all of that...... but still I WANT FOOD!
Any advise for those of you who have been here or are here now would be appreciated!
No advice, but you have my understanding because I've been there. Shoot, I AM there! I have found it quite challenging to reduce my calories enough to lose these last 4 pounds.
I'm still trying, though! You can do it, too.
Oh, I will suggest working out more, though. That is one area in which I haven't given my best these past few weeks. I do think upping your workouts (with a higher calorie intake) might help. One of these days I'll take my own advice... lol!

Thank you so much! Btw, I am impressed with your healthy weight range. These last pounds will put me there (barely).... but I will see the word healthy weight on my chart instead of overweight or obese or morbidly obese.
I do a boot camp fitness class 4 days a week, I run/walk 5 miles a day also. I did 2 boot camp classes a day plus 5 miles for a few weeks in Dec. I may have to do that again to get these things off!
Hang in there too! It is an awesome feeling!
