Here here! 2010 is the last year I'll spend in the dreaded 200s! I did MAJOR damage over the holidays. Time to get in gear and finish the job I started oh-so-long ago.

Happy New Year!

It is a fresh start. And I'm please to report that even though I am hungover and sleep deprived (thanks to all the diet cokes last night) I didn't ruin the fresh start by giving into a pizza craving.

Haven't had diet coke of coffee in a couple weeks and the caffeine really got me wired.

Happy New Year! I just joined yesterday, hoping to take advantage of the clean-slate feeling of New Year's Day. So far so good... but I'm glad to have found 3FC to keep my momentum up come February 1! :hun:

I sure hope that 2010 brings wonderful changes to all who work for them. You know it's kind of weird, but last night I was talking to a friend who said to me, "I bet it's great not to have a New Years Resolution this year." I stopped for a second and thought it seemed like a strange thing for her to say. After a moment or two I realized that she was right, I didn't have a resolution, but I did have a New Years Commitment. I have resolved all the issues I had always resolved to do over the years. I did quit smoking, drinking and have lost all the weight I want to...so NOW WHAT? ;) I just gotta keep on keeping on. Boy, what feeling.

MotherMe- Lets keep the momentum GOING!!

Lori Bell- The way i see it is maintaining the changes are as much of a challenge as accomplishing! AMAZING job! One day i hope to be where you are at!
