Losing Weight after Hysterectomy
 

Hi All...First post for me. I had a hysterectomy in Feb. of '07 (kept my ovaries) My question for anyone is...Has anyone had an even harder time losing weight after the surgery??? I know what it takes to lose weight. I have always had to work hard to lose, but it seems since the surgery...at a snail pace. My stomach is so pooched out. I do crunches like crazy and it seems to do nothing for me. I am so frusterated! I talk to my GP and I feel like he thinks I'm lying about my excersize and abdominal routine. I do low cal and resistance training...hiking (or treadmill) and lots of core work!!! I am talking about losing NOTHING!!! Any suggestions? I would love your support on this. Thanks...Lisa71
