Having tried diets for many years,probably half of my life (how scary is that) including, Atkins,Cabbage soup, slimfast and many others..I have now taken the step to do it properly.
Im just wondering whats worked best for you all?
Im thinking of going to slimming world or just going down the road of healthy eating and excercise and doing it my own way.
Plus is it a good idea to buy a garment in the size i want to be and use it as motivation?
tips and advice greaatly needed...

I have clothes in more sizes that I care to admit up and down the spectrum. I try not to buy too many things as I'm dropping that are well ahead of where I am, mostly because I'm afraid that won't fit right once I get there...
