I just watched the Finale of the second season of Diet Tribe, and the entire show is just so incredibly motivating. You can find it at mylifetime.com. A warning though, for the last few weeks it has taken a full 10 minutes for the video to launch when I tell it I want to watch full episodes of Diet Tribe. I hope this means it is getting really popular and it continues into more seasons. However so worth the wait and both seasons they've done so far are online.
