I just Want to how much % I have loss since I started.

Can i have the formula please.

You have lost 12.2% so far. To get this you take the weight you have lost (21 pounds) and multiply by 100 (2100). Take that number and divide by your starting weight (2100/172). That gives you 12.2%

Here is a guide for you:
155- 10%
146-15%
138-20%
129-25%
125-27.3%

Keep it up, you are doing great!
