I've been doing very good on working out, and picking whole foods for my diet. I haven't seen any results scale or clothing wise, but I know it all takes time and to stick with it.

This past week, my son came down with a pretty nasty virus (not H1N1). Followed by my husband. My husband NEVER gets sick. I think this is the first time he's been sick in 5 years. I'm not even joking. This is epic. And I.... HAVE NOT BEEN SICK! I actually feel great! I've started eating better foods and working out every day and I think I gave my immune system a huge boost! And one that couldn't have come at a better time.

My husband would always tease me that I have the worst immune system. A tiny cold would knock me out for days. Well!!! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, and now it's your turn hunny!

Don't worry, I'll still bring him soup! ;)

Kaybelle, my immune system is super strong too since I started on this journey. I think that we are taking great care of ourselves and it shows! My family did have the h1n1, but I didn't get it--I was able to care for them instead of the other way around.

Hey... same thing happened to me... a few weeks ago DD came down with H1N1 and DH caught it from her. I think I might have had a slightly scratchy throat! We pwn the bugs... congratulations!!!
