On a downhill slide - Must Stop
Since my daughter's 5th birthday in October, I have been on a bit of a downhill slide. No diet whatsoever. Any advice on how to get it corrected before the Holidays?

I find that dieting is nothing more than stringing together a lot of small good decisions. So make your next food decision a good one. Choose to eat something healthy with a reasonable number of calories instead of something loaded with unhealthy fats and calories. Or choose to skip finishing off your daughter's lunch or having a snack when you aren't hungry. Then repeat again and again. You'll see results in no time.

go to the cupboard, this very minute, get a glass of water. take a drink. didn't that feel good?
Now, put on your coat, get your dog's leash (if you have one) and go for a nice walk...or do whatever it is you do. Then come home and make a salad. Go to bed, wake up and start your day right. It's a new day. Every day, from now on. Come here and tell us! |
