Okay, then I will add in another slice of bread for lunch...I will see where that gets me, carb-wise. My carbs are only 27 grams so far. I guess I should shoot for 125 grams then?
And good news - I got the bodybugg up and running today! I was having issues with it earlier, simply because I couldn't get it to renew. For some reason, the site just didn't take my credit card information. I called cs over there about a million times yesterday about that, and always got the voice mail. I fixed the problem, however, without their help.:mad:
But now, with the bodybugg going I get to see my calorie burn again, so yay! It will at least give me a better picture of what is going on and what I have to tweak, activity-wise. I find that, when I work out, I tend to burn around 2,300 for the day if that is my only activity. If I am walking around that day, too, like going to the store and what-not plus the gym, I can get pretty good calorie burn (up to 2,500). So, I will see what's what, and how many calories I burn with Jillian plus walking to the gym and maybe tweak my diet based on that, too.
