YES...I felt like crap 99% of the time. My body hurt, my lungs hurt, my heart hurt, my feet, legs and back hurt. I was in a constant state of panic, chronic diarrhea, and was constantly burning hot (often with sweat dripping off me), even in the winter. I welcomed below freezing temps. I had acid reflux, heart palpitations, sleep apnea, and elevated blood pressure. The first day I felt better. NOW, I feel great. The only time I have aches and pains is when I excercise so much I get sore.
You can do this. We all can. Food doesn't have to be the death of us. We don't need most of the food we eat. It doesn't love you back, it doesn't make you feel better, why give it so much power?
