Healthy Roast Chicken?

I thought id be really healthy and have some chicken and salad for my dinner tonight but i cant seem to find any realistic points values on the "points tracker". Ive roasted it with a teaspoon of butter, salt & pepper on the top, and removed that crispy skin (gutted!) before ive served up. Any idea how many points 100g of roast chicken would be?

I usually count 1 pt for 1 ounce of chicken. I am not sure how many grams that is. I would add 1 pt for the butter.

I know it's important to stay accountable with what you eat - but try not to obsess over every calorie. You're in it for the long haul! I wouldn't want you to eventually start avoiding perfectly good food because it's hard to count. Make an honest, good faith estimate and move on!
