No chocolate = weight loss!

    I have not had any chocolate in 8 days and I finally had a good weight loss this week. I knew I was eating some chocolate, but I think I underestimated it. I have replaced the chocolate with sugar free gum when I really want some.

    Just think how much more I could have lost by now if I had quit sooner.
  • haha I rarely eat chocolate. I read it thinking "That's it! That's what's keeping me from losing weight!" Then I really thought about it. I don't eat chocolate, like ever.
