I have a Wii & Wii Fit (with the balance board)... My first weight loss goal was to be able to use it with my daughter. The weight limit on the board is 330 and I was 342 when I started! I love strength training and the step aerobics (even though their super easy). I want to get the Wii Active, my sister has it and loves it.

The Wii Fit is my only source of real concentrated exercise. I do the 20 minute free run at least once a day. I can usually "jog" 2 1/2 to 3 miles during that time. Sometimes I do this twice a day for a total of 40 minutes and 6 miles. This combined with counting calories has helped me lose almost 50 pounds since March. :carrot:

I really love Wii Fit because I have absolutely no excuse to skip exercising! I like the balance games, yoga & strength training. I just bought the "My Fitness Coach" software & I'll post when I've tried it out!

I <3 my Wii as well.
My parents bought it for my birthday and my grandparents bought me Active. I really sweat while working out with Active and the hula hoop on Wii Fit is a heart racer as well. I'm addicted to Active! Just a note about accessories, I found that if you look on Amazon you can pretty much find anything for half price! |
Walmart in Canada had Wii's in their flyer this weekend for $209.00, of course I bought mine on Wednesday on Amazon.ca for $219.00, go figure! :p
I cannot wait to try out my fitness coach, a girl that I work with has lost 70 pounds this year after she started using Wii fit and fitness coach! Well and of course healthy eating! :) |
