People ask me all the time how I lost so much weight and I tell them simply, "I DECIDED to." Yup. Sounds simple, but that's what it boiled down to. I made the
decision to lose the weight. After being fed up enough, sick and tired enough, worried, miserable, unenergetic, unproductive - enough, I said that was that. And I made the decision to lose the weight. I made the
commitment to do what was necessary. I made the commitment to stick with this NO MATTER WHAT. Whether I felt like it or not. That was that.
So therefore I URGE you to make the decision and then the ensuing commitment to "do this", no matter what. And the great part about it is, is that it is indeed a doable thing. For everyone and anyone. So get committed, get a plan in place, get focused, get creative, get moving, get excited, get pumped, get into it, get, get, get.... Don't it NOW. Don't delay. This is the perfect time to do it. Now. This now. Right now!!
