I need a kick in the pants today!
I know I will feel better if I exercise today, but I just cant motivate myself to get off the couch! And yesterday I went off my plan for lunch, so I woke up this morning wanting to have a really good day to get back on track. I need a pep talk!

Come on now! I just got back from training (running) with my team mates. Didn't feel like it beforehand, got my backside out there anyway, and now I feel fantastic. So :drill: get your behind out there and get sweating!! :mad: |
I always say my exercise is two hours- one hour to talk myself into it and the next hour to do it!
GET UP! GET OFF THAT BUTT! SHUT OFF THE COMPUTER, PUT YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES ON AND WORK IT! How's that? :D |

Seriously, tell yourself to just do 20 minutes, that's it, and then once you start I'm sure you won't wanna stop. You'll feel SO much better! |
I didn't feel like going either today. It got a little cold all of a sudden. I made myself. I told myself--just walk. You don't have to run but just go walk. I got my gear on and put on the IPOD. After my warmup and stretching I hit the PLAY button. Wouldn't you know it -- one of the songs that pumps me started--Glamourous. I took off and ran the full deal.

Thanks guys--I needed that! I put some workout clothes on, and I'm going down to the basement to tackle the elliptical machine. Have a good day!

Thanks for checking up on me beerab! I did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine and then later I stumbled on a new Exercise TV workout On Demand which was pretty good. And I do feel better! Have a good night
