Might as well jump right in!
 

I just joined today. So hello!!!
I have some unplanned ME time due to being layed off from my previous job at a Saturn dealership (do I know how to pick jobs or what?!), so I want to focus on getting healthy and getting real with my life.

I have quite a ways to go but I know I can do it. Right now I think I will try Weight Watchers. I've done it before and I think I can scrounge free info off the web like I did last time. I see a forum site here for Weight Watchers, but I was wondering if I can post in this location too? And if I can post in the 100 lb club because I DO have a ways to go. Or do you kind of pick one spot and stick there?

I just want to know how this forum works. There are lots of different forums out there with different rules and I don't want to do the wrong thing at the very start!

You can post in any areas that you like... There's forums for different diets, different goals, gawd there's so many different forums, there's definitely something for everybody!

As far as the rules and regulations of these forums, there's sticky notes at the top of each forum which goes into complete details.

I wish you the best on your weightloss and if you ever need to cry, scream or just chit-chat there's always people on to cheer you on! Good Luck!
