End Of Summer Picnic Party Hell
 

I was doing well on my diet when i went to an end of summer party. I feel awful now. >.<

Awe don't beat yourself up over it, it's done now. Plan for tomorrow! It's going to be a great day :hug:

Summer picnics are like a fact of life. You go to them, you as healthy as you can and you move on. Sometimes you can't eat ahead of time, and unless you want to go hungry the whole time you don't have a choice but to eat what's there.

So the next day just get back on track, and eat on plan. That's all you can do :)
