I had a 'meh' weekend. Was faced with bad choices but tried to get around them.

I was at my grandparents' house with my little brother and she always has loads of bad treats around the house. I did succumb to a few, but cut points elsewhere so that I could.

On Saturday morning I had a run and a swim and felt better for it. We went out for dinner that night, but I ordered the tomato & basil penne, and only ate half of it.

Then on Sunday when we were driving home my brother said he wanted McDonald's. So I had a Happy Meal which is only 6 points.

You can have a bad weekend without it doing too much damage!

Man, I would love to go to a Monday WW meeting - I would do so well knowing I couldn't afford to slip up!

I set my weigh-in day for Monday, which helps me stay responsible over the weekend. I still have fun, though!
