Hello,
I am new to this website and I was looking for some help to get over my weight loss plateu. So i started out at 199 lbs and was at 176 for about 6 months and all of a sudden I went down to 174. I took a rest from the gym for about a week and was really stressed due to other reasons and i topped out at 178..I was like WOW. Now i currently weight between 174-177 so it's annoying. I have never been through this obviously so I am looking for people who have gone through this and what they did to overcome their platue. It's really frustering and depressing to work so hard torwards something and then have it stop. I am really looking forward to my goal of 150 lbs and being healthy. Please give me some answers that will help me out. I've heard of eating more, taking a break at the gym and so on, but I need advice from people who experience the same thing and not just read it on a website.
