just finished first week
 

hi everyone, my name is wanda, and i live in tn, i'm old,A whopping 60.i started last thursday, and i weigh myself this morning,(1 week into the new me) last thursday i weighed 251.5 -this morning-245.25 . i have lost 6 1/4 pounds. but i have been really good this past week.tonight i went and bought me a little charm bracelet and also bought tiny round picture frame charms that will go on. the first one went on today, picture frame has 6 1/4 written on it, next week i will also charter what i loose on one and it to will go on.losses are written in black. if i gain one week , it will be written in RED, this ani't gonna happen, thanks everyone, wanda

I also have to say that your avatar pic is stunning. You certainly don't look 60...matter of fact you look a lot like my mother, (when she was 50!). Hope to hear all about your loaded charm braclet in the weeks to come!
