It honestly took me a good 50-60 lbs before I noticed any change on myself at all! I understand how frustrating it is, but keep in mind, it will all pay off in the end :)

OMG I have the same problem. I am in the same size pants I was when I started 16lbs ago. I feel awful about it. I hope you find a way through this!

you're doing great!! my pants got smaller pretty quick, but it took me forever to need smaller tops. everyone loses differently, at this point, who cares where it came off? its off!
