I feel ya...I'm stuck as well for over a month. I've been eating well and working out consistently. I am very ready to hit someone cuz the weight isn't falling. Patience is not one of my virtue! You're doing wonderful! My advice, keep at it. The stupid scale has to respond some day!!

OnederChic, you are doing all of the right things. Look how far you have come and how much you have accomplished in this journey. You are doing great! Sometimes our bodies have to readjust to our new lower weight. Instead of focusing on that crazy random number generator, you could make a list of NSVs and hang a few of them around your house. Focus on how good you feel now and all of the things your body does with ease now! You've come a long way and a plateau is part of that journey. Hugs to you!
