I wanted to know if anyone could inform me as to what is going on?
I don't quite know how to start, so I'll just say it. I lost 22 lbs in less than two weeks, which kind of alarmed me since I'm eating and drinking
more than I have in my adult life. I drink around 7 glasses of water a day (whereas I used to drink only one or two), and eat about 1400 calories (used to eat 4-500).
I started eating a lot more carbs so I can work out harder, but I lost weight so fast I was afraid of getting sick so I stopped. I eat lots of raw veggies/fish/chicken/nuts. This is the same diet I used to eat as a teenager, but I've never been this overweight before so I don't know if its a normal thing or...? Any help would be appreciated
