Default Losing weight too quickly..?

Hi everyone

I wanted to know if anyone could inform me as to what is going on?

I don't quite know how to start, so I'll just say it. I lost 22 lbs in less than two weeks, which kind of alarmed me since I'm eating and drinking more than I have in my adult life. I drink around 7 glasses of water a day (whereas I used to drink only one or two), and eat about 1400 calories (used to eat 4-500).

I started eating a lot more carbs so I can work out harder, but I lost weight so fast I was afraid of getting sick so I stopped. I eat lots of raw veggies/fish/chicken/nuts. This is the same diet I used to eat as a teenager, but I've never been this overweight before so I don't know if its a normal thing or...? Any help would be appreciated

I suspect the rate of loss will slow down considerably by the third week. If not, have an extra piece of fruit and a few more nuts. As your body adjusts and the rate slows when you get closer to goal, you'll look longingly at the first few weeks!

Well Its probably because you're eating normally....and your body is getting the nutrition it needs.

You were eating 500 calories a day??? Like 1 meal per day?

I guess you've majorly increased your metabolism! It won't probably stay that high, but it sounds like you've made many long term healthy changes!!!
