Still happy dancing today! I was so motivated by the 2lbs that I got up and went to the gym this morning even though it wasn't a planned day. And it's Saturday! I worked out on a Saturday! |

awsome....2 pounds per week is the way to go...easier to keep it off in the long run....the most important part is that you mentioned it wasn't that hard doing the week..........Imagine 2 pounds every week, on the average that is 8pounds per month, 12 months x 8 pounds is 96 pounds a year later. Take it day by day, sweetie....
