Default I have given up on WL so many times in the past-- but not this time!
I have started almost every diet on the planet and I have quit when I got so very close.

I had a talk with myself today...... and dead gum it, this time no matter how many people tell me how good I look at this weight, I am going to get to MY goal and I am going to maintain! I am NOT throwing in the towel b/c I did not meet my goal in __ amount of weeks. I am going to reach my goal and I am going to maintain! I will, I will, I will. It is my choice and I am going to do it. In case that was not clear, it is my CHOICE!

Besides, what am I going to do if I stop losing weight now..... just gain it back b/c I feel like a failure? NOPE...... I am going to get to 175 pounds and I am going to maintain it!

Anyone else with me?
